All installations are at the customers own risk. Smart Movez & More Inc. or SmartMovez.com holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products.

By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing. Smart Movez reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Smart Movez may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with Smart Movez, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.

Smart Movez respects your privacy. When accessing our Website, Smart Movez will obtain certain information about you during your visit. How we will handle information we learn about you depends upon what you do when visiting our site.

Smart Movez will not sell or otherwise transfer any such personally information to individuals or entities outside of Smart Movez without your approval.

Smart Movez will not give out any information in regards to your online order information as well. All credit card numbers, email address, phone numbers, and other identifiable information is securely stored in our system. Smart Movez reserves the right to change this policy at any time. This statement and the policies outlined here are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.

Ordering Procedure

The import market we deal in is currently one of the hottest car markets in the world. What does that mean to you as a customer, hard to get products. Smart Movez stocks more vehicle specific parts then anyone else in the USA for our lines we carry. Parts turnover is quick. So when you order from us we put you in line to receive the product if it is not in-stock. Some specialty items may need to be ordered from overseas and can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. However if you order from us and a problem occurs, these are the steps to follow.

If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.

Shipping and Returns

All products are shipped out from one of the Smart Movez shipping locations. Smart Movez drop ships some products and ships direct others. All products are shipped UPS, FedEx or Regular Postal Service. Special arrangements may need to be made for out of country orders and oversize packages. All shipping prices on the site are for the continental USA and will be adjusted for your location. Tracking numbers can be received by emailing info@smartmovez.com. In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be able to be a candidate for the insurance claim.

Take pictures of the damaged area of the product and email them to us at info@smartmovez.com.
Keep the product and its original packaging and box.
Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s).
Smart Movez will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup, DO NOT send it back to us.

Once the product is picked up and inspected by shipping company, claim may take 1-3 weeks. Then a replacement will be sent. In the event that the shipping company does not pay out the claim, we will work it out!

The UPS & Fedex Rates shown at time of checkout our dimensional rate from UPS & Fedex. If your shipment weight is to much then contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes.

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be return or that are damaged MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the shipment to be considered. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the Smart Movez Warehouse are shipped via UPS, Fedex or Freight and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. Fedex, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to Smart Movez or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 35% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file.

SMART MOVEZ DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.

In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Smart Movez, we will except the package back and reimburse you for the return shipping on your next order with us. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.

To return a item back to us, please do the following:

Contact a Smart Movez Representative to receive a RMA number.
All packages returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization number will be refused.
Package the item up in original packaging unless deemed unusable.
Include the UNUSED parts and any additional information that was included.
Include a copy of your receipt.
Write a brief description of the problem with the product.
If you have a receipt for the return shipping include as well.
We DO NOT except any freight collect packages.
Once we have received the above information we will notify you via email or phone and let you know the status.

Payment Terms

Smart Movez accepts all credit cards with appropriate billing and shipping addresses. Smart Movez also accepts Paypal.com (some occasions), money orders, and wire transfers. All orders can be completed online if applicable or by phone at (561) 667-4199. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of currency exchange rates.

We accept ALL major credit cards including AMEX and DISC.

Warranty

All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Smart Movez does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping.

Price Matching

Smart Movez price matches against other companies to give you the customer the best possible price and service. For us to price match, the product must be:

Sold by an authorized dealer.
Not a clearance item or group buy.
Must be in-stock at time of order.
Must be sold by an actual business, no auctions or personal selling.
Price must be verifiable.
Shipping is not included.
